Here at EnTitle Settlement Services, we understand your role in the transactions.  Our leaderships background is from the sales side of the industry.  Yes, we were real estate professionals, like you, before we started this company.  This is a very different background, and understanding of the transactions then other area Settlement Agents and Attorneys.  Most closing companies come from a background of title insurance, and its requirements, or from a background of law. 

As we know, the real estate transaction is not always about a perfect black and white world.  During the course of a transaction, a variety of "emotions" that may appear.  Emotions from the clients, the lender, appraiser, home inspector, etc.  We must endeavor to go beyond the emotions and get to the bottom of the issues at hand. 

Many times, this requires extra effort on the settlement agents part!  We are here to be the quarterback for your transaction.
